A good follow-up practice is the difference between a fantastic close rate and barely staying afloat. In this lesson I run through my step-by-step process for following up.

  • A good email solution like G suite
  • A CRM like Pipedrive (optional)
  • An email tracking and management solution like (optional)
  • Persistence (required!)
