How to find clients using interviews

Interviewing business owners is one of the most powerful ways to have a deep conversation with a business owner without the pressure of selling. This is an example of how I used interviews to connect with new people in the local community and serve them.

Depending on how you apply the idea, in order to do this you will need:

  • A sound recorder (an iPhone or field recorder like a Zoom H1 would be fine)
  • Basic audio editing software (like Audacity)
